USA Wrestling Card 

How to get a USA Wrestling Card 

1. Go to www.usawmembership.com

2. If you already have an account you just have to click renew membership, if not follow steps below

3. Click “create free account”

4. Fill out the requested information and click on “Create Free Account” again. This will take you to the Welcome page.

5. Click on “Go To Profiles”.

6. If you previously had a USA card, “Claim Your Previous Profile”. If it is your first time getting one, you will go to “Start Creating a Profile”.

7. When Filling out the profile, selection “section 11” as the State Division

8. After creating a profile, select “Manage Profile” and click on the “Add Club Affiliation(s)” tab and search for Mattituck Wrestling Club.

9. You will then click on Memberships and purchase the $17.00 Limited Folkstyle Membership

10. The last step is payment
